Entries cover: breakfast, hors d’ oevres, soups, salads, cheeses, pasta and rice, pizza, fish and seafood, meat dishes, game and poultry, vegetarian dishes, children’s dishes, snacks, garnishes, sauces, wines, champagne, aperitifs, liquors.

For example, on selecting the category hors d’ oevres, you will find about 700 different hors d’ oevres from well-known European restaurants and hotels presented in alphabetical order. Simply copy the entries of your choice and paste them into your menu. All you have to think about is what price to put in.
